It is a condition of your attendance that you comply with the following rules & requests which are designed to enhance the safe running of the event.

We thank you in advance for you co-operation.

All drivers must hold a current valid driving licence for the UK.

All vehicles must be road legal & have a current Tax Disc and where applicable an MOT.

All vehicles will be subject to an inspection & will only be allowed on to the course when approved by the scrutineer. All loose equipment must be secured or removed from the vehicle to the satisfaction of the scrutineer.

All users of the off road course must follow instructions given by the event officials.

There is a strict speed limit of 5 mph on the course.

All occupants of vehicles must be properly seated & wear an approved seat belt at all times. Passengers sitting in the front seat must be at least 14 years of age. No children under the age of 2 in the vehicle. Any child under the age of 4 must be in a CE approved child seat.

No animals are allowed in the vehicle.

Please stay in your vehicle unless instructed otherwise by an official.

Please do not stop on the course unless directed to by an official or due to traffic delay.

All vehicle occupants & drivers must not SMOKE or CONSUME ALCOHOL while on the course. Drivers must not USE A MOBILE PHONE or VIDEO EQUIPMENT while on the course.

The organizers of this event reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission to anyone acting in violation of the rules as described here above and/or acting in an unsafe manner in any way.


Warning to the public - Motor Sport is dangerous and persons attending this event do so entirely at their own risk. It is a condition of admission that all persons having any connection with the promotion and/or organization and/or conduct of the event, including the owners of the land and the drivers and owners of the vehicles and passengers in the vehicles are absolved from all liability arising out of accident causing damage or personal injury (whether fatal or otherwise) howsoever caused to spectators or ticket holders.
